Life. If you do not have a balance of everything in it in proper proportions, things get bad. Stress will tamper with your entrie body eventually.
So this post is dedicated to us all and keeping a healthy body. How ever you choose to do this is up to you but you MUST absolutely have a form of exercise to combat the stress levels and the effects on your body.
My prefered choice is yoga in the morning. I stretch out and awake my body. This helps me so much because of my stressful job dealing with clients all day. Also if during the day I feel a bit stressed, I do some stretches in my office then get right back to it.
At the end of the day I do a rigorous HITT workout and scream off everything that was piled on. Ya. I scream when needed. So what?
Our body is what keeps us here in this world. With all the sitting and bad eating we do now, exercise helps combat those negatives inside our body. We have to keep as healthy as possbile to live a life free of pains, aches and sickness as much as we can. It is our simple choice to do that or not to. So control what you put in your mouth, your mind and your spirit and your body which keeps it all.
Here are some tips to make your work outs more comfortable and beneficial
Drink lots of water to flush out toxins and keep your system hydrated
Eat lots of fruits a vegetables to help your body eliminate waste better
Wear comfortable work out clothes and shoes.
